Therefore, using pure CPVC as a sample to test its Vicat heat resistance index, the CPVC produced in Japan can reach 131 ℃, while the domestic CPVC can only reach 126 ℃. Adding additives and other polymers in the formula, except plasticizers, will reduce the temperature of Vicat. In addition, equipment, mold, process temperature and pressure, as well as the stay time in the screw, cooling traction, expanding and other ways will have an impact. That is to say, 100 parts of CPVC and all kinds of additives are used to cooperate, and only when the process conditions, equipment, molds, etc. are supported, can we pass the customs if we operate carefully; as for the pipe fittings ≥ 103 ℃, we can add 10 parts of PVC or add 0.1-0.2 of lubrication and stabilizer properly.
