1. The selection of stabilizers and other processing aids should be paid attention to in the raw material formula of forming pipes, which should be mainly to improve the melt fluidity and improve the thermal stability of raw materials. If necessary, the formula can be mixed well, and the small sample can be tested and placed in the 230 ℃ supply box for 2 h. If there is no obvious discoloration and decomposition phenomenon, it shows that the selection of auxiliary materials is reasonable.

2. The extrusion temperature of PVC is slightly higher than that of PVC pipe. However, it should be noted that the temperature control fluctuation should not be greater than ± 5 ℃.

3. In the process of producing CPVC pipe, if there is power failure, equipment failure, the melting material may decompose or the flue gas is emitted from the die mouth, the feeding to the barrel shall be stopped immediately, and the CPVC melt in the barrel and mould shall be removed with PVC resin, and then the machine shall be shut down for troubleshooting.

4. The resin must be dried before it is put into production. It should be dried in the supply box at 80 ℃ for 2-4 h. if necessary, the raw material after high-speed mixing should be screened once with 40 mesh screen, and then put into the hopper of extruder for production.

5. The HCl gas released during the decomposition of CPVC melting material is harmful to human body, so it is necessary to pay attention to the ventilation of production workshop.

6. In order to prolong the service life of equipment parts, antiseptic treatment should be carried out on the melt flowing surface of extruder barrel, screw and molding die used for CPVC resin production.

In the actual production process, it is difficult to extrude the chlorinated PVC. Of course, it is very important to choose the appropriate product when using it in some occasions. Moreover, we need to consider the amount of the product to be used more effectively.
