What are the applications of PE wax in rubber

1. Lubrication dispersion

Generally, when mixing rubber or silica gel, some fillers will be added. Some add carbon black, calcium carbonate, talc powder, etc., and those with high transparency requirements will add white carbon black and so on. Adding polyethylene wax can play a certain role in lubricating and dispersing.

2. Anti sticking demoulding

General rubber is sticky and easy to stick to the mold! Polyethylene wax can play a certain role in external lubrication.

3. Anti ozone, the physical antioxidant of rubber products, migrates to the rubber products to form a protective film to play an anti ozone role.

4. Proper addition can reduce the Mooney viscosity of the compound and play a plasticizing role, but it should be noted that excessive addition will affect the mechanical properties of the compound.

5. Certain fluidity of product extrusion, calendering and vulcanization molding.

6. Improve the homogeneity of the rubber mixture: the self lubrication of the internal and external rubber materials and the dispersion of inorganic additives can improve the mixing uniformity of the rubber mixture.
